publishing books on Tyvek after her mother-in-law, Kaaren Pixton, a

fine artist who's been making art for children for thirty years,

began painting murals on Tyvek construction wrap. Together

they created Indestructibles. Amy lives in Kansas City,

Kansas.^Kaaren Pixton has been making art with children for thirty

years, beginning with her own children. Her grandchildren were the

impetus for these books. She decided to create for them charming,
